I live 3000 miles from Fargo ND where the house was sold. Anna was top-notch. She kept me informed, made suggestions on how to handle things from that distance, and provided any assistance needed so I didn't have to physically travel to Fargo. We put the house on the market the week before Christmas. I admit I was skeptical. But she said all buyers during that period are motivated. And she was absolutely spot on. Within a few days she had obtained two offers, which she parlayed into 100% asking price. I would recommend Anna to anyone and I am very grateful she was recommended to me. As I stated living 3000 miles away, Anna made the entire process painless, efficient, and stress free! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANNA!!

For the amount of back and forth between myself, the builder, and the builders realtor, I have no idea how she kept everything sorted; amazing job! I honestly don't know what would've happened if Anna hadn't been part of this process, but I doubt I'd have made it through - she was a godsend! Because Anna has previous experience in the banking industry and understands things from the builders/sub-contractors end as well, the insight she is able to provide is invaluable.

Anna Sholl was extremely helpful in helping us with a short close. She is great at knowing when to let us think/talk amongst ourselves and when to suggest her opinion, which is a rare skill! During our showings, I never felt like she was pushing us to buy or look at houses we didn't want to look at. She showed us houses that were in our price range and had our "big list items", was open to looking at ones we suggested, and pointed out practical things she noticed in the homes (new windows, etc) that would provide us with the most informed purchase. I never felt like she was trying to push us into anything, and she genuinely gave us her feedback when it was in our best interest. She was fun to work with, very efficient, and surprised us with her knowledge of construction, the area, and home buying process. She is very smart! We absolutely would and will recommend her to anyone we can, because she made home buying extremely easy for us and knows what she is doing. I trust her!

Our process of selling and purchasing our homes through Beyond Realty was by far the best experience we've ever had. Anna Sholl was extremely professional, quick, easy, and delightful to work with in this journey. Buying and selling a home as we all know can be very stressful and taxing; but with Anna representing us, we felt safe and taken care of throughout the entire process. Anna Sholl was very friendly and helpful with our sale. Tho it took longer than we had hoped but that was likely the market! I didn’t feel like she was upset with me when I would call or text even on a weekend. It was a pleasure working with Anna Sholl.
